Critical legal disclaimer — research use only
All products sold are strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and educational purposes only.

By purchasing, you legally certify that you are: 21+ years of age; a qualified researcher or research institution; using products solely for controlled laboratory research; and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Misuse of these research materials may violate the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and other regulations. The buyer assumes all liability for proper handling, storage, and lawful use. We make no medical claims and provide no medical advice.
Product quality & testing
All Syntyra Research products undergo rigorous third-party laboratory testing. Each product includes a Certificate of Analysis (COA) documenting purity, identity, and composition, performed by independent accredited laboratories. COAs are available to download and verify on our certificates page.
Shipping & delivery
Single-vial orders are normally prepared within 24–48 hours. Kits require up to 3 business days of warehouse processing and ship separately with their own tracking. Carrier transit time starts after dispatch; expedited shipping does not shorten order processing. We ship within the United States only. Available services for eligible single-vial orders are Ground ($10), Priority Mail ($15), and UPS 2 Day Air ($20). Orders containing a kit, including mixed carts, use Ground shipping only. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the available services and final charge. Kit vials arrive unlabeled; match the batch number on the kit box to the corresponding COA. Cap colour is a reference aid and does not establish material identity. All packages are plain, unmarked, and discreet. Powder appearance alone does not establish material integrity. Contact support about compromised packaging or a suspected discrepancy before handling the material.
Research kits — wholesale terms & all sales final
Research Kits are wholesale 10-vial units dispatched from our warehouse rather than from retail stock, and they carry terms that differ from single-vial orders. Kit orders cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded, or cancelled once the order has been submitted to the warehouse. This is a matter of analytical integrity rather than commercial preference: once material leaves our controlled environment we can no longer attest to its storage conditions, and temperature, humidity, light exposure, and handling each materially affect the stability of lyophilized research compounds. A returned kit cannot be re-qualified against its certificate of analysis, and we will not reintroduce material of unverifiable provenance into circulation for other researchers. Disclosed before purchase, and not grounds for dispute: kit vials ship unlabeled (this is standard wholesale practice and is what makes the pricing possible — identify your batch by the number on the kit box and by cap color, matched to the corresponding certificate of analysis); lyophilized material may fragment in transit, but appearance alone does not establish its identity, quantity or integrity; and kits require up to 3 business days of warehouse processing before dispatch, ship under their own tracking number, and therefore arrive later than single-vial orders. Each of these is stated on the Research Kits page and must be acknowledged at checkout before a kit order can be placed. The two exceptions below still apply to kits. A certificate mismatch confirmed by independent third-party assay is refunded in full, and carrier-confirmed loss or physical transit damage is handled under the same 48-hour claim process. Kits are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified purchasers aged 21 or over. Please contact jake@syntyraresearch.com before opening a payment dispute — fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and collections.
Returns, refunds & exchanges — all sales final
All sales are final. No returns, no refunds, no exchanges, except in the two cases set out below. Research compounds are sensitive materials; once shipped we cannot verify storage conditions or product integrity if returned, so we cannot accept items back. Exception 1 — certificate mismatch. If an independent third-party assay shows a batch does not match the certificate of analysis published for that batch, we refund that order in full. Send the lab report and your order number to jake@syntyraresearch.com. This is the guarantee described on our Standards page and it is honoured as written. Exception 2 — loss or transit damage. For an order confirmed lost or physically damaged in transit by the carrier: contact us at jake@syntyraresearch.com within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) with clear photos and your order number, and retain all packaging so we can file a carrier claim. If approved, we may issue a replacement of the same item at our discretion — this does not guarantee a refund. A change in powder shape alone is not a test of material integrity. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and collections; please contact us to resolve any payment issue before filing a dispute.
Payments & disputes
We accept cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and USDC), Zelle, credit/debit card via Square, and eligible express wallets through Stripe. Available Stripe buttons depend on your browser, device, country, and wallet setup. For crypto and Zelle you'll receive payment instructions by email and your order is prepared once payment is confirmed; online card and wallet payments are processed automatically. Charges and correspondence appear under a generic business name. For any billing question, email jake@syntyraresearch.com before opening a dispute so we can resolve it directly.
Privacy & data protection
We protect customer privacy and comply with applicable data-protection regulations. Personal information is used for checkout, fraud prevention, order fulfillment, and customer support, and is encrypted in transit. When you use Stripe Express Checkout, Stripe processes payment details and may use cookies, IP addresses, and checkout-interaction data to provide payments, prevent fraud, and improve its services; Stripe—not Syntyra—stores the wallet or card credentials. We share only the information needed with our payment, hosting, email, and delivery providers. To request deletion of your data, email privacy@syntyraresearch.com; we respond within 30 days, subject to records we are legally required to retain.
Age verification
Syntyra Research restricts purchases to adults aged 21 or older as a store policy. The site records an acknowledgement of the stated age and research-use conditions. This acknowledgement does not establish identity, regulatory approval, or the lawfulness of a particular product or use.
Comprehensive liability waiver & legal agreement
By purchasing, you: assume all risks associated with research chemicals; confirm products are for in-vitro laboratory research only; agree that Syntyra Research is not liable for any damages, injury, or legal consequences arising from misuse, improper handling, or non-research application; agree to indemnify and hold Syntyra Research harmless; accept that products are sold as-is without warranties; and accept responsibility for lawful storage, compliance, and disposal in your jurisdiction. These terms apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and do not exclude obligations or rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
